RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may send your item(s) for return within 7 days of receipt. We provide full Store Credit as long as the product is received in new condition.  Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit if shipping was complimentary at checkout.  All products on Sale are Final Sale and Not Returnable.  

To return an item(s) please email: hello@marlasfashions.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which our support team will provide for all authorized returns.  Once you receive your RMA number send your return items back for return using insured UPS or FedX for safe receipt.

All item/s must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached. Laundered, smoked in, used and worn items will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from To hello@marlasfashions.com. If shipping was complimentary at checkout, original freight/handling cost will be deducted. 

  • Any returns which are received after 7 days of receiving your RMA  will be accessed a 20% late fee.
  • Any returns without an RMA are subject to a penalty of 50% percent of the purchase amount.
  • Any returns which apply coupon codes or promotion code at purchase will be deducted a 20% penalty and issued a store credit.

WHAT DOES A 7-DAY RETURN MEAN?

We trust you! but we need the return tracking number once you initiate a return. This is for us to know that the item you want to return is on its way back to our warehouse. If we do not get this confirmation within 7 days, we would not be able to process your return. In this case, please enjoy the dress. Or ask our Returns Team when will we start our "Re-Sell your Dress" Division.

WHAT IF I RETURN THE DRESS AFTER THE 7-DAY PERIOD?

We can't accept returns after this period. Your order becomes a FINAL SALE. 

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE A DRESS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A COLOR?

Absolutely, within the 7-day period from you receiving the dress.

WHAT IS I WANT TO EXCHANGE A DRESS FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE?

You can always exchange your dress within the 7 day period provided the returned dress is in pristine and original condition.

WHAT IF I EXCHANGE FOR A DRESS OR AN ITEM FOR A LESSER VALUE?

Our team will work with you to process the new order. Provided this is a first exchange, and within the return period, you will get a refund on your original order (less 25%).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ALREADY EXCHANGED ONCE?

After you exchanged it once, your dress becomes a final sale. In this case, a 7-day policy will not be applicable.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER? WHERE IS MY ORDER / DRESS(ES)?

When your dress is shipped, the tracking number is added to your order and an email is sent at the email address you gave to us when you ordered the dress. Our team also keeps a track of all tracking numbers processed at our end. Please note that once your dress leaves our warehouse, marlasfashions.com is not responsible for the loss of your dress. It is then between you and the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you pick up your dress when its dropped at your doorstep, at the concierge or at the PO box in case that was delivery address.
