We really, truly hope that you have fallen in LOVE with your dress and you do not want to take it off! But, if you are not happy, we accept returns within 5 business days of when you receive your order. Exchange (100% of your purchase) or a refund (less 10% restocking fee).
Email us at hello@marlasfashions.com for a RA# and you will receive an email with all instructions on how to properly return your order.
SHIPPING:
General Delivery: Orders take 7 to 12 Business Days (Not Including 24 Hour Processing Time). Once an order is placed there is a 24 hour processing time. This is allows you to have 24 hours to make any changes to your order.
Expedited Delivery: Orders take 4 to 6 Business Days (Not Including 24 Hour Processing Time). Once an order is placed there is a 24 hour processing time. This is allows you to have 24 hours to make any changes to your order.
United States: All packages are shipped via UPS and will require a signature at time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, UPS will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. UPS will not be able to leave the package.
International: All packages are shipped via DHL and will require a signature at time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, DHL will leave a notice of attempt to deliver. DHL will not be able to leave the package.
* Business Days are Monday through Friday (Does not include Holidays).
RETURNS:
Refunds: Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund LESS 15% Restocking Fee and Shipping.
Return requests must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.
All items should be returned in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging. Items returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
