It's not fun when you receive your Perfect Dress for that Special Moment and you just do not like it!
We've all been through that situation! We LOVE our customers and want to go above and beyond for them.
Below is our Return Policy:
REFUNDS (Shipping it Back to our Warehouse):
You can receive a refund within 5 business days of receiving your order. Within those business 5 days, you will have to email returns@marlasfashions.com for a RA# (Return Authorization #) and ship it back to us. Do not forget to include the tracking number in the email.
All products can be refunded except those marked “Store Credit” or “Final Sale”. Undergarments are not returnable.
There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. This fee is deducted from your final refund amount. Shipping is non – refundable.

In the area of one of our Stores, just return it there. You have 5 business upon receiving the dress to return it back. Within those business 5 days, you will have to email returns@marlasfashions.com for a RA# (Return Authorization #). This is a MUST so that our store location has an idea as to what is going on with your dress. You will also need to show your receipt either a physical one or one on your phone.
They will NOT process a refund at the store location. MarlasFashions processes all refunds (less 10% off and shipping) the same day we receive your order. It takes about 4 to 7 business days for the refund to be seen in your account
STORE CREDIT (Shipping it Back to our Warehouse):
You can receive a Store Credit within 5 business days of receiving your order. Within those business 5 days, you will have to email returns@marlasfashions.com for a RA# (Return Authorization #) and ship it back to us. Do not forget to include the tracking number in the email.
You can receive a Store Credit on all products except for those marked “Final Sale”. The Store Credit will be the total value of your product purchase less shipping.
(Store Credit = Total Value – Shipping Cost)
***We will not charge a 10% Restocking Fee on Store Credits***
Store Credits NEVER expire! It can only be used for purchasing merchandise and not towards shipping cost.
Store Credits can be used Online or in one of our Stores.
STORE CREDIT (Returning it back to our Store):

Within those business 5 days, you will have to email returns@marlasfashions.com for a RA# (Return Authorization #). Please do NOT forget to show your receipt either a physical one from your phone.

Once you have dropped off the item at the store with all tags, MarlasFashions will email you your Store Credit. You will NOT receive one from our store location.

EXCHANGE (Online):
Let's say that you are so so about the dress and need a smaller size, different color or want to go for another dress on MarlasFashions...Super Easy to make that switch!!
You must request a RA# (Return Authorization #) from us within 5 business days after receiving your order and let us know that you want an exchange! Ship us back the dress with a tracking number and we will get your exchange started!
Bonus!!! You do NOT have to pay Restocking Fee or Shipping to receive the 2nd item when doing an exchange.
EXCHANGE (Within the Store):
In the area of one of our Stores and want to see what else we have in stock...come on down! You can easily do an Exchange in our store!
PLEASE NOTE:
You must request a RA# (Return Authorization #) from us within 5 business days after receiving your order whether it is for a Refund or Store Credit. Regardless if you are returning it back to our Warehouse or Physical Store.
